Highlights

On this private tour from Innsbruck we will take the picturesque route over the Zirler mountains passing the famous ski resort Seefeld, then via the Scharnitzpass shortly we cross the border into Germany. Our first stop on this tour is to visit the Zugspitze “Top of Germany”, is the highest peak in Germany close to 3000 meters above the sea level. From Zugspitze you can enjoy 360° panoramic views on up to 400 peaks in four different countries Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland.

  • Zugspitze

    On a fine day with clear weather from Zugspitze you will enjoy 360° panorama views into 4 countries, over 400 peaks as far as up to 250 kilometers with the help of high-tech telescopes. There is more to do at Zugspitze than just relax and enjoy the atmosphere, filling your lungs with healthy alpine air or take the adventurous toboggan ride. Zugspitze summit panorama restaurant offers food and drinks and with free Wi-Fi facility on the terrace you can take pictures even selfies and send directly to your friends and family.
    Since 2017 the newly opened cable car lift system (cost approx..50 million) holds 3 Worldwide unbeatable records, if you want to learn about those records you must experience the cable car journey to “Top of Germany”.

  • Partnach Gorge

    Dependiing on your interests, an optional visit to Partnach Gorge. This is a gorgeous gorge near to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The Partnach George spectacle is approx. 10000 years old, 699 meters long and 80 meters deep, many visitors a year and it is accessible via the man-made walkways about 20 minutes walk from the parking area.

  • Garmisch-Partenkirchen

    The 1938 winter Olympics were hosted by Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with its colorful paintings on houses and fashionable cobblestone old town streets gives you a traditional Bavarian charm. Depending on the tour schedule you can have some time at leisure for exploring the historical sites or a short coffee break. After spending some time in Garmisch- Partenkirchen, this fantastic day trip takes you back to Innsbruck.
